About Us
A youth-led movement, not another NGO.
Student Empowerment Team Kenya (SET KENYA) is a dynamic, student-led / youth-led movement dedicated to transforming young lives across high schools and tertiary institutions. Rooted in active university hubs like JKUAT and Maseno, we deploy passionate student mentors to equip the next generation with the tools they need to thrive.
Through peer-to-peer high school mentorship missions, our Pad A Girl Child Initiative, career guidance, and community service projects, we bridge the gap between potential and opportunity. We believe that empowering a student goes beyond academics — it is about restoring dignity, building character, and raising purpose-driven leaders across Kenya and Africa.
